Ingredients
2 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
1 oz Bushmills® Irish whiskey
1/5 tsp cinnamon
2 – 3 oz espresso
half-and-half
milk
Directions
Pour the Bailey’s Irish Cream and Bushmill’s Irish Whiskey into an Irish coffee cup. Brew the espresso, and pour into the coffee cup. Fill to 3/4 full with half-and-half. Steam the milk and pour into the cup until full. Dust with cinnamon if desired, and serve.
