Quick mixed drinks bartending tips: Ice: The quality of the ice that you use to mix your drinks is as important as the quality of the other ingredients, as old ice or freezer ice carries with it certain flavors and smells. 1/2 pint Guinness® stout
1/2 oz Hennessy® cognac
1/2 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream

Pour the Bailey’s Irish cream into a shot glass. Add the Hennessy cognac brandy. Drop the shot glass into a half-pint of Guinness lager, and chug.
