Quick mixed drinks bartending tips: Ice: The quality of the ice that you use to mix your drinks is as important as the quality of the other ingredients, as old ice or freezer ice carries with it certain flavors and smells. If you plan to be mixing drinks in any quantity, buy approximately one pound of ice for each guest that you anticipate will be drinking. Ingredients
2 cups milk
1/3 cup heavy cream
4 cups freshley brewed strong Louisiana coffee with chicory

Directions
1. In heavy 1-quart saucepan, heat milk and cream just until bubbles appear around the side of pan. (Do not boil.) Pour milk mixture into warmed serving pot or pitcher.

2. Pour about 1 inch of freshly brewed Louisiana coffee. into each of 4 serving cups. Then, simultaneously pour coffee and warm milk mixture into each cup to desired level.

To make strong coffee, use 2 tablespoons ground Louisiana coffee witb chicory for 3/4 C of water.
