Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz creme de violette
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into a wine glass, and serve.
