1 oz Everclear® alcohol
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Directions
Above is for a cocktail. Shake with ice and serve in a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
To make this recipe in quantity, dump 1 qt Everclear, 1 pt Blue Curacao, 1/2 gal OJ and 1/2 gal pineapple juice in a punchbowl and stir. Do not add fruit or ice. Juices should be chilled prior to mixing. If Everclear is unavailable, Bacardi 151 may be substituted. Double these quanities for a proper celebration.
