Quick mixed drinks bartending tips: Ice: The quality of the ice that you use to mix your drinks is as important as the quality of the other ingredients, as old ice or freezer ice carries with it certain flavors and smells. If you plan to be mixing drinks in any quantity, buy approximately one pound of ice for each guest that you anticipate will be drinking. 4 oz quality Champagne
1 – 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz triple sec
7 dashes Peychaud® bitters
7 dashes Angostura® bitters

Add bourbon, bitters, and triple sec first. Fill rest of glass with champagne. Depending on the size up your flute, you might need to put less bourbon in. Garnish with orange twist.
