Ingredients
1 passion-fruit
1 banana
4 strawberries
1 kiwi
1 cup passion-fruit ice cream
1 mango
Directions
Remove pulp from passionfruit, peel banana, remove top of strawberries, peel kiwi fruit and mango, roughly chop all ingredients. Place all ingredients, including ice cream in the blender. blend untill all ingredients are well combined. Serve in a tall glass, with a strawberry on the side and a straw and umbrella. ENJOY!!!
NOTE: If you do not have fresh passion fruit,tin is fine. if you would prefer to use plain ice cream, just add a bit extra (passion fruit).
