Ingredients
1 bottle white wine
1 handful sweet woodruff
2 cups fresh, sliced strawberries
2 tsp sugar

Directions
Pour the wine into a punch bowl. Add sugar and woodruff (available through many wine-making suppliers), and stir lightly. Cover the mixture, and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight so the wine is infused with the herb’s essence. Strain out the herb. Add strawberry slices and serve cold. This is a traditional punch to be served around May 1st, the Witch/Pagan Beltane or Walpurgas Night.
