Quick mixed drinks bartending tips: Ice: The quality of the ice that you use to mix your drinks is as important as the quality of the other ingredients, as old ice or freezer ice carries with it certain flavors and smells. If you plan to be mixing drinks in any quantity, buy approximately one pound of ice for each guest that you anticipate will be drinking. If you are unable to do this, then we recommend that you remove the odor from the ice by rinsing it with cold tap water. Read more – View How To Make Flaming Jamaican Bobsled mixed drink
1/2 Red Stripe beer
1.5 oz amaretto almond liqueur
0.5 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
Pour one-half of a Red Stripe Beer into a pint glass. Pour one ounce of Amaretto into the glass with the beer. In a shot glass, first pour in the remaining half-ounce of Amaretto, followed by the Bacardi 151. Instruct the drinker to hold the shot glass against the inside of the pint glass, provide them with a lighter, or light the shot glass for them. Let it burn for about 3-5 seconds, just long enough for the blue flame to catch everyones attention, then drop the shot glass into the beer and drink till its gone!
