Ingredients 1 oz Calvados® brandy
1 tsp sugar cube
hot water
Directions Boil the water in a kettle (as you would if making coffee or tea). Place the sugar cube in the mug and pour the Calvados onto the sugar cube (so that it is absorbed into the sugar). Pour the boiling water directly onto the sugar cube, filling the mug to the top. Stir until sugar is dissolved then drink when cool enough.
